Eligibility & Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Bidbus Refer & Earn Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
1. Eligibility
To qualify for referral rewards:
The referred customer must be a new customer who has never previously completed a vehicle sale through Bidbus.
The referred customer must use the referrer’s unique referral link or referral code at the time of registration or before starting the listing process. Referral credit cannot be applied retroactively.
The referred vehicle must successfully sell, complete delivery, and the applicable seller fee must be fully paid to Bidbus.
A referral is considered successful only after all contractual obligations, including payment of seller fees, have been satisfied.
2. Referral Rewards
Upon successful completion of a qualifying sale:
The referrer will receive a $200 gift card
The referred customer will receive a $100 gift card
Rewards are issued in the form of a digital gift card provided through Tremendous (or an equivalent third-party reward platform selected by Bidbus).
Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Issuance and redemption are subject to the terms of the issuing platform.
3. Program Integrity
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to refer yourself, create duplicate accounts, use alternative identities, or otherwise manipulate the referral system will be considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Violations will result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of all pending or future referral rewards.
The following activities are also prohibited:
Paid advertising of referral links or codes
Selling referral links
Offering incentives, kickbacks, or compensation in exchange for using a referral link
Posting referral links on coupon, discount, or promotional aggregation sites
Creating fake, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts
Bidbus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold, revoke, or cancel rewards if we determine that a participant is acting in bad faith or contrary to the intent of this program.
4. Taxes & Compliance
Participants are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, reporting obligations, or local compliance requirements associated with receiving referral rewards.
Only the primary account holder associated with the qualifying sale may receive referral benefits.
5. Program Changes & Termination
The Refer & Earn Program may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time.
If rewards are not claimed within the timeframe specified by Bidbus or the issuing platform, they may be forfeited.
Bidbus reserves the right to interpret and enforce these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.
