These Terms of Use describe the legally binding terms and conditions that govern your use of the Site. BY LOGGING INTO THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, and you represent that you have the authority and capacity to enter into these Terms. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO ACCESS THE SITE. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ANY PROVISION OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT LOG INTO AND/OR USE THE SITE.
These Terms require the use of arbitration (see Section 10.2) on an individual basis to resolve disputes and also limit the remedies available to you in the event of a dispute.
Bidbus SMS Notification Usage
Bidbus.com uses SMS text messages to communicate with users regarding the progress of their vehicle listings. Users may receive notifications such as when their vehicles are successfully sold on our platform.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the short code. After you send "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscription by SMS. You will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up again as before.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for assistance, or contact us directly at [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to or from us. You may receive 3-5 messages for each vehicle you list. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Access to the Site
License. Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions. Your rights under these Terms are subject to the following restrictions:
(a) You may not sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Site.
(b) You may not modify, create derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Site.

You represent that your User Content does not violate our Acceptable Use Policy and acknowledge that you may be liable for it. The Company is not required to back up your User Content, and it may be deleted at any time without notice.

You grant the Company an irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, perform, prepare derivative works of, and otherwise exploit your User Content, including through sublicenses. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Even after termination, certain provisions (Sections 2–10) remain in effect.
